The annual West Essex Art Show, displaying the art work of  some of our talented art students, will take place at 7 p.m. on May 3. The show consists of art from studio art, drawing and composition, computer graphics, wood shop and fashion illustration classes.

Each AP art student has their own easel, which showcases some of their favorite art pieces throughout the year. The art show is free for anyone who wants to come and will be taking place in the high school library.

“I am always excited about the art show. It’s a culmination of a years work. It gives the kids a good boost to see their work up and get feedback from their peers.” Art teacher John Atura said.

The students and teachers worked hard to put it together to make the show even better than years before.
