What does being the West Essex baseball head coach mean to you?
“It means being responsible for the standard of the program, it means representing the tradition that came before me and it means developing young men through the game of baseball.”
What are some goals for the team this season?
“Win 20 games, win the division, win our rivalry games, win a county championship, win a state sectional championship and win the state championship.”
What kind of culture do you want to leave at West Essex?
“Most importantly, I want a culture where players leave not only as better baseball players, but as more disciplined, confident and resilient young men.”

What does being the West Essex girls lacrosse head coach mean to you?
“To have the opportunity to be the head coach of the Girls Lacrosse team is such an honor.”
What are your goals for the team this season?
“Goals for the team this season are for the players to continue to build friendships with their teammates and become confident young women. A team goal we have this year is to make it to county finals and have a good state run.”
What does lacrosse mean to you?
“Lacrosse has always been a big part of my life. I continue to learn from the game and from each of my players every day. Lacrosse is so much more than a sport; here at West Essex, it is a family.
