1) I care about the grade as a whole, not one person individually, and I put my personal plans aside until the grade is made happy

2) I planned and strongly helped execute the assembly of the tricky tray which will bring our grade a lot of fundraising money

3) I have many more fundraising ideas in the future for our grade so they we can have more elaborate events and an even better time before our last 2 years at West Essex come to an end.
