Boys lacrosse is all about team chemistry
“This is a group that are just great teammates and friends and absolutely love playing this sport,” boys lacrosse coach Justin Schwindel said. “It’s been nothing but a pleasure coaching these guys; [We] just can’t wait to get out there for one more season.”
This season, the West Essex boys lacrosse team has high expectations. They have a really talented group of players and have been working extremely hard since the start of the summer when they began playing pick-up games. Their goal is to improve every day and play the best lacrosse they can on the field.
Preseason will be a crucial time for the team to train and perfect their skills. It is also an opportunity to build up team chemistry and give new players a chance to get acclimated to the team. Players will fight for their spots on and off the field. The most prepared players will see the field first at the start of the season.
